The S2 Del Mar is built on LiveWire’s dedicated S2 Arrow platform, engineered specifically for electric performance. At its core is a liquid-cooled permanent magnet electric motor producing 84 hp (approx. 63 kW) and an impressive 263 Nm of torque at the rear wheel, delivering instant, linear acceleration from a standstill. Power is delivered through a fixed single-speed reduction drive, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted torque with no gear changes.

Energy is supplied by a 10.5 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, integrated into the structural chassis for improved rigidity and low centre of gravity. The system supports Level 1 and Level 2 charging, with fast charging capability allowing a 20–80% charge in around an hour using a Level 2 charger (conditions dependent).

Riding dynamics are controlled through a Bosch six-axis IMU system, enabling advanced traction control, cornering ABS, rear-wheel slip control, and multiple selectable ride modes including Sport, Road, Range, and Rain. The bike also features regenerative braking, adjustable power delivery, and throttle mapping for tailored performance.

Chassis components are premium throughout, with a cast aluminium frame, fully adjustable Showa suspension front and rear, and a lightweight, balanced geometry designed for agile urban riding and confident road performance. Braking is handled by Brembo four-piston calipers with dual front discs and ABS, delivering exceptional stopping power and control.
