Built on LiveWire’s dedicated S2 platform, the Mulholland combines cutting-edge electric performance with a relaxed, upright riding position designed for real-world usability. At its core is an 84 hp (63 kW) liquid-cooled permanent magnet electric motor, delivering a massive 263 Nm of torque at the rear wheel for instant, seamless acceleration in every gear situation. Power is delivered through a fixed single-speed reduction drivetrain, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted performance with no shifting required.

Energy is supplied by a 10.5 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, integrated into the chassis as a structural component to improve rigidity and handling balance while keeping the centre of gravity low. The system supports Level 1 and Level 2 charging, with rapid charging capability allowing a 20–80% charge in approximately 78 minutes on Level 2, depending on conditions.

The Mulholland is designed for real-world control and comfort, featuring a revised rider triangle with higher, rear-set handlebars for an upright cruiser stance, combined with premium suspension and braking components. The chassis uses a cast aluminium frame and swingarm, paired with fully adjustable Showa suspension front and rear, delivering confident handling across urban and open-road riding.

Braking performance is handled by Brembo monobloc calipers with dual front discs and ABS, supported by advanced rider aids including a Bosch six-axis IMU, enabling cornering ABS, traction control, and slip regulation for maximum safety and stability.
